How to Control Grinding Efficiency of the Small Wet Ball Mill
Small wet ball is an important re-grinding device after crushing materials. It mainly includes feeding department, discharging department, rotary department, and the transmission department structure, and generally used in the fields of cement, silicate products, refractory materials, new building materials, black and non-ferrous metal processing, etc. It is an important equipment for wet grinding. In order to improve the small wet grid ball mill grinding efficiency, we need reasonable control on the following factors.
Firstly, Add Water Quantity
According to material and the amount of clay and clay water absorption quantities in the recipe to determine the add water in the grinding process. If the amount of clay in the formulation is 9% -32%, and the water absorption values is 0.35-0.64%,then the wheel mud should be between 66% -68%, the appropriate amount of add water in mud grouting is 35 % -38%.
Secondly, the Steel Ball loading Quantity
Steel ball loading quantity can be calculated by the volume of small wet grid ball mill. When the distance from steel ball surface to the center line of the mill is 0.16 times of the mill radius, the steel ball loaded quantity is ok. Steel ball weight shall be 1-1.5 times of the material of the weight.
Thirdly, the Material Loading Quantity
When the loaded ball quantity is unchanging, reducing the loaded material is equivalent to increase the amount of loaded steel ball and decrease the steel ball effect objects. If the small wet ball mill diameter unchanged, reducing the fed materials is equivalent to increase the amount of the remaining space in ball mill load, which increases the amount of exercise of the ball in the cylinder body.
